The Hesto Harnesses Graduate in Training Programme is a structured 24-month initiative designed to provide recent graduates with practical work experience in their field of study. As part of this programme, the Graduate in Training – Commercial will work under the supervision of qualified professionals and rotate through various departments, including Commercial and Programme/Projects. This rotation will provide a holistic understanding of the company’s operations, commercial management, and project coordination functions

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Department in daily operations, reporting, and documentation
• Assist in data collection, cost analysis, and contract management activities
• Participate in process improvement and administrative efficiency projects
• Conduct research and analysis to support marketing and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, tracking, and performance reporting
• Attend all scheduled performance reviews and training sessions
• Uphold company policies, values, and confidentiality standards
• Undertake additional tasks as allocated within the scope of the training programme

Qualifications

• BCom Management Accounting
• Financial Management (Essential)
• BCom / BDegree in Economics (Essential)
